Issue loading GC 12-13

I am not sure what is wrong but I cannot load GC 12-13.

Is there a change I need to make in the Instrument Manager?

I get an error: Invalid Instrument Name

Can you please let us know the following:
- Which datafeed provider are you connected to? You can check in the green colored box in the lower left corner of the control center
- What version of the software do you have installed? Our current release is V7.0.1000.16 which you can check under Help--> About
- Were you able to bring up the instrument before?

I have been able to pull GC contract before but another month.

My current version is 64bit 7.0.1000.16

Hi,

I just double checked and was able to pull up data for the GC 12-13.

Can you please reset your instruments and then see if data is coming in afterwards. To reset your instruments go to Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset instruments.

Let us know if this corrects your issue.
