connection does not appear in the connect drop down list?

per the 'NinjaTrader Connection Guide for Interactive Brokers' I created a connection, yet the name of the new connection does not appear in the connect drop down list?

suggestions will be appreciated.

When you go to Tools > Account Connections is the new connection listed here?

Is your License Key enabled for Interactive Brokers? You can check this by going to Help > About.

A Yes, listed under 'licensed providers'
