NT Frozen

For some reason NT is frozen. The charts are not updating with new data. I am currently running two strategies. I don't want to restart NT unless I absolutely necessary. Do you have any suggestions

Thank you for your post.

Is the entire platform frozen or just the charts?
- Are you able to right click in the charts--> Reload All Historical Data?

Also, which provider are you connected to? Check in the lower left corner of the control center in the green colored box.

I tried to reload the historical data and it is still frozen. I am connected to Kinetick and and the light is green.

I have the same problem with GAIN. Historical data won't load since about 6am EST.

Please provide me with your latest Log and Trace files.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named log.20131104.txt

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named trace.20131104.txt
