I have problem with logging into Zen-Fire demo account. I have an old version of NinjaTrader installed in my machine, then i upgraded it to 7.0.16.
NinjaTrader can start and connect to simulation feed or end of day data fee. But when i created a new connection to connect to Zen-Fire demo account.
It failed with message
“Login Failed: Please check your Account Connection Parameters and your Internet Connection.”
Then I tried to install NinjaTrader in a virtual machine (vmware), it could connect to Zen-Fire demo account without problem.
So, the demo account user name and password are ok.
then, what is the problem with machine?
