    Missing data for CL for Nov 1

    I am having a problem with my NinjaTrader data. I was trading the crude oil contract CL 12-13. I use a Zen-Fire data feed from Mirus. I had full minute data on Friday. When the market opened on Sunday evening, my Zen-Fire connection had a problem (showed orange in lower left on status bar), and I had to disconnect and reconnect. When I connected again, my charts did their regular reload thing, but when they were done, all of the bars for Nov 1 were missing. New data is coming in ok and bars appear, but I cannot get the data for Nov 1 to show. I tried disconnecting and repairing my DB and reconnecting, but no luck. I use the 64-bit version, and I updated from release 15 to release 16, but still no luck.

    What do you suggest to fix the missing data?

      Hello,

      Thank you for your patience.

      I'm happy to report that this issue has been resolved. You will need to restart NinjaTrader, reconnect and reload historical data (right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data') to overcome the issue.

          Missind data for E-Mini S&P 500

          I am having a problem with my NinjaTrader data. I was trading the E-mini S&P 500 contract ES 12-13. I use a Zen-Fire data feed from Mirus. I had full minute data on Friday. When the market opened on Sunday evening, my data on Friday are missing, my charts did their regular reload thing, but when they were done, all of the bars for Nov 1 were missing. New data is coming in ok and bars appear, but I cannot get the data for Nov 1 to show. I tried disconnecting and repairing my DB and reconnecting, but no luck.

          What do you suggest to fix the missing data?

              There is the same problem for the ES, still hasn't been resolved. Is Ninja aware of this?

                Are you connecting to Zen-Fire as well?

                Have you restarted and reconnected as outlined in post #3?

                  Yes all my settings are the same as the original poster. The issue is now resolved but thanks for the reply anyway.
