    Unable to verify vendor license

    I just gave a trial to a client, and after importing the indicator, they sent me a message that the indicator would not load, with the message as in the picture below.

    To test the issue, I created a brand new Virtual Machine, installed NinjaTrader and imported the exact same file. I did not have any issues.

    I suspect that the issue is with a firewall, but the customer claims to have turned off the firewall as a test, and still gets the problem. This customer is in Switzerland. I am not sure if that is germane to the issue.

    Any ideas of what the problem might be, and how to solve it?

    Hello koganam,

    Hard to say what the issue is as validating the NinjaTrader License Key will be very similar to the Vendor License Key verification.

    We have seen some rare cases where a users Machine ID changes usually due to using a wireless dongle. So I would recommend that you double check the Machine ID and if it is still the same, you can have your client send their log and trace files into us with reference to this thread and we would be happy to look farther into it.
