Missing bars in EUR/*** EOD historical data

Hi,
When backtesting using the free Kinetick EOD feed some candles in Sept and Oct are missing in EUR/*** ccy pairs, please see attachment (11 candles downloaded in Oct altogether).
Is there a workaround I can use to solve this?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please take the following steps:
Shut NinjaTrader down.
Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder.
Delete the 'Cache' folder.
Restart NinjaTrader.

After restarting, reconnect to Kinetick's EOD service and reload data in the $EURUSD chart.

What happens when you reload your historical data for these instruments?

Right click in your chart -> Reload All Historical Data.

I'm missing the first 15-mins of data from ES, NQ, YM (CME) and TF (ICE) e-mini futures contracts this morning from Zen-Fire. Anyone experience this? Thanks!
