Empty charts???

New to NijaTrader. Currently use TOS. Set up connection to my TD Ameritrade account. Bottom of Control Center says "Connected - TD Ameritrade.
Clicked File-->New-->Chart-->ES 12-13-->New-->OK.
Empty chart appears.

PS -- No Bid or Ask prices on the Orders Tab.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your post.

The TD Ameritrade connection which is available to NinjaTrader offers equity and index data only. Unfortunately, you would not be able to access futures or forex data through this connection.
