Cannot connect to my MBT account

Hi, I am having issues connecting to MBT.

I have followed the guide, setup my acc from account connections, and when I click to connect it is just not working, instead I just have the message in bottom left corner 'Connecting - MBTrading'
but nothing happens?

I am using:

NINJA 7.0.1000.15
License ID: @SIM-F82F-D583-40B1-AE74-B79F-705D-1952
Type: SimulationOnly

I Have my correct username / password as per my MBT Desktop Pro Acc too.

Not sure what is happening?

It shows the following error:

MB trading: Most likely you do not have installed the recommended version of MBT Navigator.

Can you please download and install MBT Navigator version 11.9.0.44. See the MBTrading connection guide at the link below. You can download and install MBT Navigator version 11.9.0.44 from the connection guide.

Subsequently restart NinjaTrader and check if you can connect successful.
