CQG demo login failed

I'am trying to connect AMP/CQG demo account but after a couple of minutes got this message: Login failed: Network connection to the Order Routing System is unavailable.

Received my demo login credentials at 11.30am today.

I would like you to send me a few files to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please do not post these files (or any other files that contain personal information) to the forum.

In the body of the email please write Attn: Chelsea #943944. Also include a link to this forum thread.

I would like your config file to test on my end, as well as your log and trace files which may have more information.

You will find your NinjaTrader configuration file in the following directory:

* (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

You will find your NinjaTrader trace file in the following directory:

* (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\trace\trace.20131029.txt

You will find your NinjaTrader log file in the following directory:

* (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\log\log.20131029.txt
