Hello, when I connect to kinetick live data, the dome doesn't work even after selecting the right instrument on it. However, the charts do work. When connecting with a different data provider, the dome does work. Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for your post.
In order to receive Level II data in the SuperDOM with Kinetick you would need to have a subscription for their Market Depth package. Do you have a subscription for this?
If you haven't you will only be able to receive Level I data which is for the chart.Vince B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
