fxcm connecting issue

Hi,
I have enabled today a connection between fxcm and ninjatrader, but I have some problems...
The connection is estabilished and the left side bar becames green, when I try to open a chart they show me correct chart but it is frozen...I can't see any live data!
Again, I have some positions opened with fxcm platform, and at time of connection ninja shows me this error message for all position : "fxcm: open position for unknown instrument".

Can you please check the items listed at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.

Can you please tell me what instruments have an open position? Could it be these instruments are not present in NinjaTrader. You can check this at Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager.

the instruments are all present in ninjatrader, this issue appear for common instrument like eurusd...
can you provide a remote desktop support??

I try to connect antoher ninja platform to a fxcm demo account (with an existing zenfire demo connection) but in broker's list I see only few chice (image attached)....
Is because Sim Licence Key is provided by mirus??
