CQG is connected, but no online information

I have a CQG demo connection. In the past few days, I experienced sometime that the data is not flowing constantly. Right now I have an ES chart open with "default 24/7" session template. The chart is stopped at 14:16, where the current time is 14:33.

I am in CA, so it aftermarket hours now, but the ES is still traded.

I try to reconnect, RepairDB and ResetDB, and restart NT with no change.

What you've described is expected behavior during these hours as this is the market break. Things will reopen in at the top of the hour. Your broker can provide you with more information regarding this or any other instruments open hours.
