KineTick EOD Historical Data

Hello,
I have got extended EOD historical data which I imported successfully into NT7 database , but when I connect to Kinetick free EOD, it automatically replaces the common data range ( between my data and Kinetick free EOD) with its data but with poor quality (gaps, missing data as it may happen at the end of the date range ).

How to overcome such an issue?

Hello,

To prevent the conection from automatically downloading historical data, please go to Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> uncheck "Get data from server (if available)"

Once unchecked, NinjaTrader will use the data from your local database.

Should you need historical data from the Kinetick End of Day connection for a particular instrument, you may specify the time frame you need in a chart, or from the historical data manager, and reload the data at that time.

Please be sure not to request historical data for the instruments/ranges you've imported when connected to Kinetick as it will over ride from the connection.

it's inconvenient, I hope NT will consider an option to overwrite or not local database.
