lost all data of yesterday

today when I open chart, a huge gap from Friday, no data from Monday to this morning

how to solve this problem

and reload historical data option was disabled for no reason

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data?

We're currently looking into errors related to DS1.NinjaTrader.com

Please check the Log tab of the Control Center and let me know if you are getting these errors in yellow.

If there are any other servers (e.g., DS2.NinjaTrader.com, etc) in yellow, please let me know as well.

Once I have an update, I will let you know.
