NT7 X64 doesn't start

Hi. I recently tried opening my NT X64 but I kept getting an error message. Thinking it was due to my SQL database edition being old, I downloaded and installed the latest SQL Compact Edition 4.0 and rebooted my computer but I still can't start NT X64. This is the message I keep getting - Unable to connect to database 'Data Source= "C:\User\jib\Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\NinjaTrader .sdf"' : ObjectSpace: Connection String is Invalid - The database file has been created by an earlier version of SQL Server Compact. Please upgrade using SqlCeEngine.Upgrade() method.
How do I fix this? Thanks.

1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20131020.txt' file.
