is it ok to delete the empty ninjatrader backup folder?

for now, my ninjatrader backup folder in my documents is empty... I want to delete it since it clutters up my documents..

I guess it would be. It's only used when backing up your NT database.

File->Utilities ->backup

I actually put a lot of other files in there. haha

Yes, it's completely fine to delete this folder if it isn't something which you're using.
