Am Moving NT; Where Are ATM Strategy Templates Kept?

I need to move NT7 from one computer to another. Can I move my strategy templates and "copy over" what would obviously be an empty set of templates on the new install, or do I need to manually recreate them?

If I can move a specific file, which one should I move/copy?

Thank you for your post.

I would recommend creating a backup of your existing settings, transferring that file to your other PC and restoring using that backup.

Same question except I had a system failure and I am working from a back up a image of my DOA system and do not have a NT backup file available. I have recovered all my indicators, strategies etc. It would be nice to get all the ATMs also. If they are in the registry I can import the hive of the old system to extract them. Lots easier than writing them again...

Thank you for your post.

ATM Strategy templates are saved to the database file for NinjaTrader. This file can be found at (My)Documents -> NinjaTrader -> db and is named 'NinjaTrader.sdf' (.sdf is the file type and not part of the name).
