Cannot download historical tick data

I am unable to download historical tick data into my charts for trading. Here's my setup:

Provider: Trading Technologies
Backup datafeed connection: Kinetick - End of Day (Free)

Sometime recently, my historical data got corrupted and then I attempted to re-create my account connection, and cleaned out my local data cache, expecting to be able to re-download. However my local data archive now only stores the live data received when my account connection is active . If I terminate the connection (e.g. one hour after the open) the rest of the day's data is not downloaded upon re-connection the next day.

Similarly, I am unable to download the back data into my charts. The "Reload all historical data" option is grayed out. Also if I go into Tools -> Historical Data Manager and try to "Reload All", the screen looks like it refreshes but no data is downloaded.

I've tried to connect to the free Kinetick account and repeat the above and still nothing happens. I've also uninstalled and re-installed Ninjatrader with no success.

Any solution for me?
