Data not loading on charts

This is a problem that seems to happen every few months. My charts are not loading data. They only load current data. If I reload all historical data, it reloads to a past level, then catches up when there is a trade at a price level away from the data that is loaded. But it is missing data.

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? What instrument and expiry are you currently using?

I am connected to AMP CQG data. It is happening on the CL 12-13

Hi,

I received your log and trace files and it shows that your merge policy is requesting 11-13 for today's date.

Please double check the 12-13 now and see if perhaps you will need to change the roll over date for this contract.

You can do this by going to Tools--> Instrument Manager--> locate the instrument and select 'Edit'.

From the Instrument Editor, click on the Misc tab--> scroll down the the "Contract Months" section.

Please ensure that the rollover date is 10/18 or earlier.

Once you have made this change, you can right click on your charted instrument and select 'reload all historical data'.
