Problem with CAC 40

Hi

I use Ninjatrader since many years (YM, 6E, CL & GC) in real time, no souci

I want to add Cac40
but the chart is empty (no candle) for Cac40 for Monep & Matif, the both
I am on Mirus

What can I do to obtain the chart of Cac40 in real time ?
use somthing different from Mirus ?

Thank you for your post.

The CAC40 is supported with Zen-Fire.
Can you reset your instruments and see if that makes a difference. The exchange that needs to be selected is 'Monep'.

To reset your instruments go to Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments
