No available ROM number

Hello,

I just got disconnected from my CQG data feed and trying to reconnect I got this error: Login failed. Login system returned an error: No available ROM number.

What kind of error is this?

Thank you for your post.

The error is coming from Amp/CQG.

Can you please exit and restart NinjaTrader, then try to connect again.

Please let us know if this corrects your issue.

We received an update and there's currently an issue with demo accounts from Amp/CQG which they are looking into.

Unfortunately they don't have an ETA on when this will be solved. When we receive an update we will let you know.

Connection issue seems to have been resolved, however now there is a new problem - no data is flowing!

Weird, when I re-connect, I am getting historical data but no real time data is flowing. Anyway, hoping that it's fixed by atleast tomorrow.
