chart order submission

what steps must I take to get set up for chart order submission
[eg] I assume I must download an interface [ATI?] to connect NT to
interactive brokers? how do I do that?

Are you looking to enable the Chart Trader on your charts?

Or are you trying to interface manual input with your automated NinjaScript strategies?

my perception of how it wlll work is as follows:

I will enter orders via chart trader from my charts ... I am guessing I will not be somehow employing a strategy. the orders will be transmitted to, and executed by interactive brokers. so I guess I must set up an interface between NT and interactive brokers.

obviously I would be doing this on my interactive brokers simulation account.
