How can I carry out the transaction in two instruments at once? This is necessary for the pair trading.

There is not a built in way to manually place two transaction to two instruments at the same time however you could do this through the use of NinjaScript.

While there isn't a supported way to do this it would be possible to create a script that placed trades to two instruments at the same time via button presses. If this is of interest to you please send mail to support at ninjatrader dot com and we will get you in touch with a consultant who would be able to create this for you.
