Order Handling Error Message

For some of my strategies, I am looking at using the email interface. I am running TS 8.3 and MBT is my broker.

My strategies operate as a stop on the TS chart. The active order price is sitting on the chart, waiting for the market price to hit it, then it sends the order on.

I have tried several of the ATI settings, but get various messages in the log, some trades do not take place etc.

The most current log message is as follows and is also met with POP messages that say it has waiting XYZ seconds and etc etc...

Please read the log message. It says that you have configured your ATI mail interface such that it ONLY submits order as TS reports order fills (but not order submission or order replacements).

Please consult the help guide for details.

Again...I had tried all the option in NT - each gave me a different message. I read about and watched the video.

I set it up as it says too.... however

Watching the video made me ask.... why have anything other than filled order notification sent via email?

So I played with the Trade Manager in TS and found if I shut off all but the filled order notification it worked.
