Data from IB not displaying

Hi,

I have trouble displaying data in charts when connecting to real account in IB. NT shows "connected" but charts are blank - yeasterday it worked after 17:00 GMT. Is there any limitation for free version?

I am using free version in NT (64-bit, 7.0.1000.15)

Thank you for your post.

Can you please tell us the following:
- What instruments are you looking at with what interval?
- What version of TWS do you have installed? The official supported version is TWS 938.1
- Are there any error messages listed in the log tab of the control center?

I was trying to:
- display wheat march 14
- TWS build was 936.x
- no error message

I updated to TWS verstion 940.x and its working now (but its already 17:00 GMT ) . There is no possibility to download version 938.1.

If the problem persists tommorow, I'll get back to you... thank you.

Can you please lower the amount of data requested as this is a limitation with IB.
