daily/monthly charts

I can set my charts to any minute time frame and they load and stream perfectly, but whenever I try and load anything other than a minute chart it goes screwy. For instance when I load AAPL on a daily chart it begins downloading the historical data but the chart always reads from 3/07-8/07. It does screwy things on everything but minute charts. On a weekly chart for AAPL it only shows 8/06-7/07.

I've had this problem for a while and just loaded the newest version of NT and that didn't help. I get my datafeed from IB.

I currently have TWS version 874.4

Can I simply install TWS 882 one over the old one? If I do will I loose all of my settings (ie hotkeys etc)?
