blank chart

I am trying to add (HO) heating oil to my list of instruments and when i add it and pull up a chart it is blank. I have gone to options, data, reset instruments and still no luck. What i do not understand is that it trades on globex and i do not have a problem with any other instruments that trade on globex. Thank You

So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What expiry is selected? (Example: HO 11-13)

What interval is selected for your chart(s)? (Example: Tick, Minute, Day, etc.)

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you for your response.

With CQG you should receive real-time data for the HO, but the historical data is from NinjaTrader and the NinjaTrader servers do not support the HO instrument. So no historical data is available for the HO form the NinjaTrader servers.
