Chart trader does not work on silver future

Hi guys,

The chart trader is not working on silver (SI). It works fine on all other instruments, including other metals like GC and HG.

After transmitting the order, the status appears orange (PendingSubmit), and the order will not be exucuted. Also, when I transmit the order manually in TWS, the orders appears on the chart and it will be stuck on the chart, I cannot cancel it.

Hello Sandor,

Thanks for your post.

Please ensure you have the updated symbol mapping for SI in NinjaTrader.
To do this go to Tools> Instrument Manager
Select the SI under Available Master instruments and press Edit
Select the Misc tab
Scroll to the Symbol Mapping section and select Interactive Brokers
Ensure the following is entered
SI|||5000
Once this has been set your orders should properly function
