Can't see any data for 6E 12-13 or YM 12-13 charts this morning

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? I am able to add instruments by going to the instrument manager, but when I load it as a chart it is completely blank - can't see any bars or data.

Can someone help please?

In addition, please include in your response answers to the following questions so we can continue to assist you:
- Which datafeed provider are you connected to? You can check this in the lower left corner of the control center in the green colored box
- What instruments are you looking at with what interval?
- Are there any error messages listed in the log tab of the control center?
- What version do you have installed? Our current release is V7.0.1000.15 which you can check under Help--> About
