How to set entry price based on SMA of the last bar?

Can someone please show me how the following can be done?

I am trying to set up entry price based on SMA of last bar for ES. Since ES is always traded in 0.25 increments (e.g. 1600, 1600.25, 1600.50 etc.), and I'd find value of SMA in decimals e.g. 1600.17.

I'd like to enter at the next quarterly value, in this case at 1600.25 since it is the closest value to SMA 1600.17.

Can someone please tell me what kind of syntax can I use?
