Zen Fire Data are missing

Hello,
I use ZF Data. Historical Tick and Minute Data betwen 7/11 - 7/16 and 7/18 are missing for FGBL 9-13 (maybe other..). I restarted NinjaTrader and checked it... still missing.

Thank you for your forum post.


As I investigate on my end, I can see that there are some missing bars around 7/12/2013 and 7/15/2013 on minute and tick data.


I will submit this missing data request and follow up on this thread when I hear back about the missing data.

After investigating further on my end, we were able to get this missing data to restore.


Please close NinjaTrader and after restarting NinjaTrader, right mouse click on the FGBL chart > Reload all historical data and check for this historical minute and tick data on FGBL 09-13.
