No data on charts (IB)

Hello, i've changed my settings to a laptop and i don't have any dat on my charts.
Data is there on the control center so why not on the chart ?

Thank you for your forum post.


If you are receiving real-time updates for instruments in the Orders tab of the Control Center (Bid/Ask/Last price showing) or from other windows such as a SuperDOM or Time & Sales window then you can troubleshoot the situation on your charts by resetting your instruments:


When you perform an instrument reset, the following actions will occur:

• User added instruments will not be affected.
• Any changes you have made to the original instrument settings will be reset
• Any changed symbol mappings will be reset including changes made for use with the Automated Trading Interface.

• Disconnect from any data providers.
• Control Center > Tools > Options...
• Data tab > Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader

Otherwise if this does not resolve the situation, please let me know the following:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
• What version of TWS do you have installed? You will need to have TWS 938.1 installed
• What instrument have you selected? (Example: ES 12-13, AAPL, $EURUSD etc...)
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
