    Not working

    Ninja Trader is not working to any degree. It will lock up , freeze up, will not update
    charts.

    I uninstalled NT and downloaded a new copy, reinstalled NT with no luck.

    What may be my problem.

    Thank you for posting your issue.

    Can you please send us your log and trace so we may investigate this matter further. Please send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and refer to this post.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20130920.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20130920.txt"
