CL 11 13 Chart Data Feed not correct

I switched over from CL 10 13 to 11 13 but the chart is not correct or there is an issue with the data feed. It just keeps showing a big down candle which is not correct. I tried to refresh and I restarted but nothing improves.

Hello rwbil,

Thank you for your post.

Please go to the NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Options > Data > and set the Merge Policy to DoNotMerge > OK. Then right click in your chart > select Reload All Historical Data.

Please let me know if this corrects the matter.
