Failed to Verify License

    Failed to Verify License

    Keep getting the Failed to Verify License message and can't use NT. I want to trade. I was logged in earlier with no problems. Is there any way once the program is open to connect after this message? And why doesn't the program just quit when this happens, but makes you wait until it's fully loaded and then close it? Thanks.

    Thank you for your post.

    What is the license key you're using? Can you please send this to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
    Please refer to this post as well.

    After you've received this message it's not possible to connect to your account in the software. The only options you have to connect to are:
    - External Datafeed connection
    - Kinetick - End of Day (Free)
    - Market Replay connection
    - Simulated Datafeed connection

    The program doesn't quit because you only receive a license verification error. There are no issues with the platform itself.

    In addition, can you still get to Help--> Download Site in the software? Does it bring you to the download page on our website?
    Do the other features such as Help--> Mail to support and Help--> Support center still work for you after you've received this message?
