Can't open position by strategy

Helo, I have problem with connection and strategy exexution. I installed to virtual PC new windows and new ninja trader. I connected Ninja trader with TWS but in Ninja trader window on the left side down there is no wirtten CONNECTED TO XXXXXX, but in Ninja trader uploaded open position from TWS. If I would like to open ninja trader chart, it doesn't work and chart is just white without market data. Where can be problem? Thank you

hanysfx, please first doublecheck with NT and TWS versions you're using in the setup here. We would recommend currently our latest NT7 release R15 in combination with the TWS 938.
