Data Problem

I am trying to download a chart and I am getting the error:
"Error on loading chart data for 'GF 03-14 Globex':Ninja trader data server dose not support this instrument, no data available."

I use Zen fire as my feed.

Hello,

Currently the NInjaTrader historical data servers do not record data for the GF contract.

Since Zen-Fire sends this information in real-time chart bars will however be built as time passes so if you left NinjaTrader running with an open chart for 60 minutes you would have a 1 minute chart with an hour of historical data on it.

If you'd like to backfill the chart with historical data, you will need subscribe to a secondary data source such as Kinetick who offers historical data for a wider array of instruments.
