Problem with 30 second charts

What instrument(s) have you selected?

For futures contracts, what contract month is selected?

Are you able to open a 1 minute chart?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I am using Ninja 6.5 and getting FX data from esignal. Was working up until about 45 minutes ago

Please disconnect from eSignal, and reset the instruments.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

yikes. did that. then reconnected to esignal. tried to go to the 30 seconds. system shut down with same error message. Now I can't reopen ninja... i just get the error message before the control panel opens

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
