Why is T&S green even when not at high of the day

The T&S background is meant to turn green at the high of the day but sometimes it's green even when not at the high of the day. It's gets to green and the background colour seems to get stuck at green.

What could cause this and how do I get rid of it?

Hi,

The high is determiend by the data provider you're connected to - can you please clarify who you connect to for data and for what instrument?

From the Market Analyzer window, can you please add the DailyHigh column and tell me what is reported for that instrument?

I solved the problem by restarting NT.

But it does recur. The next time it happens I'll update this thread with replies to your questions.

PS: Data provider is zenfire but when the problem happens I can clearly see on the chart that price is not at the high of the day (as provided by the same data provider). Instrument is ES. When it gets stuck at green it stays at green even when the price is going down.

Thanks for the update - it could be that you have an old fundamental data type for your dailyHigh/dailyLow values that will not be reset until you reconnect to your provider.

If you see this again, please let us know, however I suspect your resolution will be a force disconnect/reconnect to download the new daily information from your provider.
