I just got a new computer and after putting in all the info about my live account with GAIN, every time I try to log in, it can't connect? Can I call a number for assistance?

1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your Config file. This file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
3.) The text of the error message which you encounter when attempting to connect.
