Thank you for your post.
We do not have an inbound line for support however if you'll contact me via email (Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com) with the following information I'd be more than happy to help:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your Config file. This file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
3.) The text of the error message which you encounter when attempting to connect.
