Can't connect to CQG API for the first time

I'm trying to connect ninja to CQG API and using RJO Futures broker (tried on 2 different PC's with firewall disabled). The error message im getting is: "The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use Ninjatrader with CQG". Does ninja support know how to fix this problem, as we need to connect now and get our trading back up today and running to avoid missing any crucial trades. thank you. regards rod.

Hello Rod,

Unfortunately CQG is not supported with RJO Futures in NinjaTrader. CQG is only supported with Amp Futures in NinjaTrader.

Hi Jason,
We investigate on CQG because it seems to be very usefull in Europe (CQG works with JP Morgan, ABN AMRO, Kyte for exemple).
CQG is in our compatibility matrix and we are very happy with this but the Ninja + CQG comptible brokers is very small !

My questions are :

- even if these brokers are not in your official list, is there any chance that it could work anyway with Ninja ?

- If not, what is your process to integrate a broker like ABN AMRO in our list ?

Unfortunately you can only connect to supported broker partners in NinjaTrader.

I will forward the suggestion to my superiors to support ABN AMRO as broker.
