No data before 9/2 on CL and ES for CQG

I have a strange problem on Ninjatrader with CQG, I updated over the weekend to the latest Ninjatrader version (from previous) and now I can't see any data before 9/2 for CL (10-13) and ES (9-13). For CL I use 800 tick charts if I ask for more than 2-3 days of data the bars get thicker but still no data before 9/2. Same for ES on 2000 tick charts. I have restarted, reloaded historical data with no fix. Please help, I need to see data before 9/2.

Please contact me via email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the 'trace.20130903.txt' file.
