    Hi everyone!
I found some information in the internet that last days NT customers have possibility to use TICK historical data from NT servers. If its true, how to do that?

    Hello bisecom,

    Thanks for writing in.

So I may assist you further, who are you connected to? This is indicated in green at the bottom left of the Control Center.

        Hello Biscom,

        Thanks for your reply.

When connected to CQG with NInjaTrader all historical data comes from our CQG servers. CQG data is recorded real time to our servers for you to then access.

          Dear Brandon,

          Do you save bid/ask data?
Which max period for which its possibile to get tick and minute data?
Also to use the service should I use some special settings at the platforma or its just enough to conect to server thru login I got from AMP?

            Hello bisecom,

            Thanks for your reply.

Yes, bid and ask data is available.
Below I have provided a link to the Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider section of our help guide.

Minte data is available back to 2009 and tick data you will be able to access up to 120 days from our servers, and sometimes much more depending on the instrument.
No special set up needs to be done to access this data. This is how the connection works for all CQG users.

              Hi Brandon,

It seems the problem is solved.
In data series I just used another type of downloading. Instead of day I used number of bars or downloading from certain date. In this case platform did it. Thanks a lot for support and time!

                  Hello bltoby,

                  Thanks for your post.

When historical data is missing, if it can be restored, it will be added during that weekends maintenance. At this point if you needed that data you would need to use another provider to backfill it.

                        Hello bisecom,

                        Thanks for your reply.

Kinetick End Of Day (free) only provides historical daily interval data. You could use this for daily, weekly, and monthly bars by connecting toKinetick End Of Day (free) first and loading the desired instrument.
If you wanted intraday data such as tick or minute you would need the subscription version of Kinetick. Again you would just connect to Kinetick first and then your broker.

                          Hello bisecom,

It is fine to create a new post for different subjects.

You can select a RTH session template by right clicking on your chart and selecting Data Series
Under session template you may select the desired RTH template.
You can view the RTH templates or even create your own by going to Tools> Session Manager
Below I have provided a link to the Session Manager section of our help guide.

                            Thanks a lot.
This is only one way to set up RTH?
