How to add AFFY symbol?

Apparently, it is OTN:AFFY, however, I do not see OTN among the available exchanges.

Thanks for the post.

Can you open up a chart with a regular symbol. Once this chart is running, start typing in AFFY in the middle section. A small window appears, when entered, hit the Enter button. Then see if the AFFY chart starts populating.
I’ve just tried this when being connected to Kinetick and data was coming in.

Let us know if this brings up the AFFY for you.
