    Problem with CAC40 IB-NT

    Hello,

    When I try to download historical data of this symbol CAC40 09-13 I received the next message (see attachment)

    I have been working with this symbol for long time and I have never had problems with this configuration. I have the subscription data in IB correctly too. All worked fine the last friday.

    How I can to solve this problem?

    Hello Plaket,

    Can you please proceed as follows. Disconnect IB and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the CAC40 and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and change the symbol map for IB to CAC40|||10

    Click OK. Remove and re-add the CAC40 09-13 to your instrument list now that it has different settings. Instructions can be found at the link below. Make sure Monep is selected as exchange when re-adding it.


    Click OK in the Instrument Manager and check if the error remains.
