Hello. ZN 9/13

Tried to download data for 7/11, 7/12, but nothing shows on the chart nor on available data on market replay.

Can anyone successfully download these days?

Hi,

Sounds like u don;t have data connected if you dis connect and reconnect to Kinetick then open chart u should have data al be it EOD only.
Try that .....

Replay data for these dates does not appear to be available. In terms of historical data, can you please clarify which data provider you are requesting data through? Also, which bar interval is used in your chart? (tick, minute, day, etc.)
