    Wrong data SPXS, Kinetick + NT7

    Hello,

    Kinetick + NT7

    Could you please check SPXS (Direxion Daily S&P500 Bear 3X Shares -NYSEArca) on 19 - 20 aug 2013.

    Daily data is ok, but minute data on 19.08: around 10$ and next day 20.08 open around 49,52.
    1 Minute data from Kinetick is wrong starting back from 19.08.2013...

    Hello ivan_skr,

    Please update for splits.

    You can do this by disconnecting from Kinetick and connecting to Yahoo.

    The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to Yahoo finance.

    Click here to take me to the Yahoo Connection Guide

    Once connected to Yahoo go to Tools > Instrument Manager, search for and select the instrument and click Edit.

    Then in the Instrument Editor window go to the Misc tab click the 'Update splits and dividends' button and press OK > OK.

    Then disconnect from Yahoo, connect to Kinetick and reload the chart.

      Done, but no effect.
      Reloaded data after updated splits, the same result, screen attached.

        Hello ivan_skr,

        Please post a screenshot of the splits that you have set for this instrument.

        You can find this information by going to Tools > Instrument Manager, searching for the SPXS, selecting it and clicking Edit, then in the Instrument Editor widow going to the Misc tab, scrolling down to the bottom of the window, selecting Splits and clicking the ... button. Please send me a screenshot of this window.

            Hello ivan_skr,

            Thank you for the screenshot.

            Please go to Tools > Options > Data tab, check the box 'Adjust for splits' and press OK.

            Then reload the chart.
