Data server does not support this instrument, no data available

I rolled over charts from Sept. to Dec. and received that msg. when trying to load charts for ZB and UB December contracts. So I reset instruments according to this thread:

Now ZN and ZB Z charts load but will not update, and the DOM for ZN and ZB do not work. Other instruments such as ES and NQ are fine on both charts and DOM.

Data feed is TT and NT version is 7.0.1000.15

chisel, sorry to hear about that issue - if you check the instrument maps set for those instruments under Tools > Instrument Manager - what is used in your setup currently?

I am not sure what you mean by instrument maps, but see attached.

Thanks, if you now click on edit and go into the Misc section, scroll down to Symbol Maps and here the TT section, what symbol is entered? This is where the 'translation' from the feed to NT symbol would be done...

I checked UB, ZB, and ZN and all three have those same symbols for the TT feed. See attached for 1 example.

Thanks, that's correct - what TT broker are you working with? I've just checked through our test feed and don't see any issue for those products and the historical data this morning.

Ok, I found the correct symbol format on my laptop with NT installed. Should be ZN||CBOT. DOM and charts working fine now. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for letting me know, that was the old format and I would have expected most if not all TT brokers having switched now to the CME gateway for those products - would you mind posting or PM'ing me which one you use so I could doublecheck?
