Please restart the PC, modem and router then try your connection again. If you encounter further issues please contact me via email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'll need a copy of the 'trace.20130826.txt' file.

Thanks for your reply. I took a look at the trace file and it was trying some ports that were not open on my router. I opened them and it works now.
